Ok. I have been working on this off and on for a while, and I am still unhappy about the background. I need to learn... Less is more. My background is too detailed.

Anyways, Here is a female cougar making her rounds through her territory, taking a moment to stop in this field to rest. She contemplates the season change and what it will mean for her in the coming months

Done on 9" by 12" coldpress with watercolors, colored pencil and acrylic ink. I hope the scan is alright. My monitor is dying so I don't know if it is to bright or too dark.
